In this Blender tutorial, we’ll learn how to model a realistic rifle.
We’ll start by breaking down our reference and understanding all the different components that make up the weapon. We’ll then move on to modeling the lower receiver, handle and magazine utilizing an edge modeling workflow. Throughout this entire process, you’ll learn about Blender’s wide range of modeling tools and the vital shortcuts that can speed up your workflow significantly.
Once all the main pieces of the gun are completed, we’ll move onto the various attachments like the red dot sight and the flashlight.
